Buy credit in 3 steps
Step 1: Select a product
Choose the right product and, if possible, the amount you want to top up. Please make sure you choose the right provider (if you are not sure, check your mobile phone again).
Click on "Continue" to get to the order overview. All you have to do is enter your email address, your mobile phone number in the case of direct top-ups and select the desired payment method.
Click on "Buy" to complete your order. As long as you have not yet completed your order, you can correct your selection at any time by clicking on the "Back" button in your browser. You can cancel your order at any time by closing the browser window.
Step 2: Pay
In the next step you will be redirected to your selected payment method. Please follow the respective instructions to release the payment.
Please note that the payment may take a few seconds.
Step 3: Charge
- Direct top-up: After successful payment, your phone will be automatically charged and you don't have to do anything else :-)
- Credit or vouchers: After successful payment, you receive the voucher by email as a pdf attachment in your order confirmation.
In addition, you will receive an order confirmation by email with detailed information about your order!
Gift a product

Step 2: Choose a gift design
Your top-up voucher/credit will be sent as a gift email. Choose a gift design that suits the occasion and add a personal message.
Enter your email address so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
Enter the recipient’s email address so the gift can be delivered.
Write a personal message that will appear in the gift email.
Click "Next" to proceed to payment.
Step 3: Pay
In the next step you will be redirected to your selected payment method. Please follow the respective instructions to release the payment.

Step 4: Charge
- Direct top-up: After successful payment, the chosen phone number will be automatically charged and you don't have to do anything else :-)
- Credit or vouchers: After successful payment, the gift recipient will receive the voucher by email as a pdf attachment.
