Currently you can top up B.free, bob, yesss!, Georg, WOWWW! and MTEL products.

This is how the top-up works:

  • select amount
  • enter the mobile number to be charged and the e-mail address
  • select payment method
  • pay

the credit is topped up immediately.

It’s very safe!

onlineaufladen is using the proven SSL (Secure Socket Layer) – technology to transmit data safely and to protect them from unauthorized access. The secure transmission is represented by the lock symbol in your browser.

The technical security is provided by paybox Service GmbH, a company of the Telekom Austria Group.

 

Our online shop is certified with the “Trustmark Austria” of the Austrian Trade Association (Österreichischer Handelsverband) and the “Austrian E-Commerce-Trustmark” for excellent usability.

You can find well known and secure payment methods at onlineaufladen. The protection of your payment information has our highest priority. The whole payment process is handled by a payment service provider who is equipped with the best security systems.

After every order we also send a confirmation to the customer by mail.

Please check if you have chosen direct top up or voucher.

The voucher is sent to your registered e-mail-address. It may be that the mail with the voucher

ended up in your spam folder or your mailbox might be full.

There may be a small typing error in your given e-mail-address? No problem, please send us a mail to info@onlineaufladen.at including your order-number. This 8-digit number which ends with -OAAT you can find in the transaction at your bank statement. We need it to find the problem and to re-send the voucher to you.

When paying by credit card, you will be redirected to our payment service provider "Unzer" after clicking on "Buy". There you enter your credit card details - please note that a 3D-Securecode is required to complete the payment. After successful payment you will be redirected back to our webshop.

When paying with Klarna, you will be redirected to "Klarna" after clicking on "Buy". Here you have to select your bank and enter your bank details. Then you have to release the payment. After successful payment you will be redirected back to our webshop.

When paying by EPS transfer, you must select your bank when placing your order. After clicking on "Buy" you will be redirected to your ebanking. There you enter your bank details and release the payment. After successful payment you will be redirected back to our webshop.

If payment with PayPal is selected, a check is first carried out by our partner Alphacomm. For this purpose, certain data must be entered at the beginning of the payment, but this data will not be used by us and will not be stored. After successful verification, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal login. Simply log in here with your PayPal data and authorize the payment. You will then be redirected back to the webshop.

It is possible that a tariff package was extended by the top-up and the credit was immediately reduced again.

If you have problems with the PIN code of a voucher or a e-Gift, please contact the provider directly. You can find the service lines here or on your voucher or gift card.

Only active and registered telephone numbers can be charged via our online shop. Because of legal regulation only registered prepaid SIM cards can be recharged.

Please legitimate your prepaid SIM card on www.wertkartenregistrierung.at, on the website of your provider or in a A1-Shop, Post Office, Tobacconist, etc..

If you have already registered and, however, the direct top up doesn’t work you may have chosen a voucher instead of direct top up which has been sent to your e-mail-address. Please check your mailbox! To top up please follow the information given on your voucher. For support please contact your provider.

To issue an invoice with shown VAT is not possible for us. At the time you buy the voucher or you recharge your phone there is no tax incurred. We act here only as an agent.

Tax incurs by using the top up and to get an invoice for the consumption please contact your provider directly.

If you are using B.free please subscribe to B.free Business Account: http://cdn2.a1.net/final/de/media/pdf/B.Free_Business_Anmeldung.pdf. By filling in this form you can apply for a VAT included invoice after consumption the credit.

If you pay by credit card please make sure that your 3D Secure Code is already activated. As we accept only credit cards with 3D Secure Code please apply for it at your bank institute or card issuer.

If you cannot finish your order although you have already set up your card with the 3D Secure Code please send us an e-mail to info@onlineaufladen.at and tell us in which step the order cancelled. You may also use other payment options. We offer EPS or Klarna-Sofort-Überweisung. For questions referring to these payment options please contact the respective provider:

Save the voucher as pdf and send it per mail easily. You can also print and hand it over face-to-face.

 

We are sorry but according to our “Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen” it is not possible to change a voucher.

The voucher is unique, not returnable to the provider and cannot be reused from us and therefore we can neither replace nor refund your money.

For this reason please make sure that you have selected the right product before you pay. Vouchers in category “Mobile top up Austria” are usable for SIM cards of Austrian providers only. We also have a range of popular brands of German providers but for these you need the adequate SIM card.

 

Tip: However, if it happens that you have select a wrong voucher than use it as a present for friends or relatives who talk and surf in this web and appreciate some extra top up!

Your voucher is now attached to your order confirmation as a pdf-file. You can immediately top up your phone number or use it later when you need it. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail-address you have used when you have ordered. If you cannot find it in your inbox please also look for it in your spam folder.

You can find the validity date on your voucher or e-Gift. It depends on your provider – please mention the information on your voucher.

To register your SIM card, please contact the issuer of your SIM card. You can find the contact options under Support.

Sometimes it happens that your mobile number has a defined priceplan. If you are not toping up in time, our priceplan is blocked.
